please tell me how to change value of experience to make it more then +1 attak for bronze, silver, gold
is it possible to make any bilding to give bonus to defence or armor ability like a smith?

hello and welcome to the forum - and please use the "ask questions" thread next time!

there are a few buildings for that. but this depends on the faction you are playing.
first you have the blacksmiths. than advanced barracks, archery ranges and stables
will sometime increase the experience for recruited units - than you have military
academies, tourney fields (or better jousting lists), guilds and some unique buildings.

use the building section in your game or the royal military academy.
