Pan European Religious Orders

In reality, the Templar Order and Hospitaller Order were made up of many Iberian and German knights. However (in the interest of gameplay/balance, I guess), they are locked for the HRE and Iberian factions in Medieval II. I know, I know, the HRE and the Iberians have the Knights Santiago and Teutonic Order respectivelly (sp?), but I want to enable the knightly orders for all Catholic factions. Just for kicks, I removed the "One order at a time" limit as well-so at the moment I have Teutons and Hospitallers alongside each other.

So, I went in to the data folder, and enabled the guilds for the HRE and Iberians. However, the units themselves won't show up on the build list for the HRE. I went in to the export_descr_unit file and changed the ownership for each unit (yes, I changed all the export_descr_unit files, in all campaign folders and the text folder as well). Still no luck.

I am using the RR/RC latest compilation. Can anyone tell me why my beloved templars will not show up in my build menu for the HRE? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Go to export_descr_buildings.txt, add the HRE and the Iberian factions to the recruitment pool you'll find when you search for "templar_chapter_house". Don't forget you'll have to do this for the cities as well as the castle version, all the three levels and, of course, for both orders. That's all, I think.
