diplomat help - bribery

I have enough money, i mean, over 1M. I was trying to bribe a family member of another faction, not leader, not heir, just a regular family member. First time i tried to bribe him, he accepted, and then i did something stupid so i loaded the game and tried to bribe him gain. And this time i do not see "Bribe" command no more. No matter how many times i re-loaded the game, it never woirked. WHY? and How to solve it?

u have no avalible women to bribe the genrall. cause u need to adopt him

I don’t think you need a female familiemember to bribe anyone. You just bribe him and he becomes an adopted son.

What did you do when you reloaded the game? Directly try to bribe him? or fight some battles and build some buildings first?

I bribed an Egyptian guy to be a family member and he didnt directly marry one of my women. He just became an adopted son under one of my generals.

I don't know how to take a screenshot, so I'll just take a pic with my camera and upload it to photobucket. I'll bring it over in a couple of minutes. Note this is a Vanilla campaign, I have never downloaded any mods.

EDIT: Here's the pictures, sorry if the quality is not good. One shows him in family tree, one shows him with Roman soldiers, and the last one has them together.

I also bribed a Gaullic general, and he became an adopted son, and is technically the brother of the Egyptian guy. And the Egyptian guy found a wife, but so far has not had any kids.
