C'mon, don't lie to me.
C'mon, don't lie to me.
The only way that could make me cry is from causing me physical pain from yawning to much.
And given how much yawning it would take to make said action painful should give you an idea of how boring and uninteresting that song was.
That's unfortunate. Doesn't surprise me a little bit though; and no, it's not because of the music.
To make me tear you must
1) Steal chocolate from me >=(
2) yawning
3) Physical pain, has to be severe.
Honestly, i was more confused then crying

Eh everyone has there preferences and there's nothing wrong with that.
"Therefore I am not in favour of raising any dogmatic banner. On the contrary, we must try to help the dogmatists to clarify their propositions for themselves. Thus, communism, in particular, is a dogmatic abstraction; in which connection, however, I am not thinking of some imaginary and possible communism, but actually existing communism as taught by Cabet, Dézamy, Weitling, etc. This communism is itself only a special expression of the humanistic principle, an expression which is still infected by its antithesis – the private system. Hence the abolition of private property and communism are by no means identical, and it is not accidental but inevitable that communism has seen other socialist doctrines – such as those of Fourier, Proudhon, etc. – arising to confront it because it is itself only a special, one-sided realisation of the socialist principle."

I honestly find it hard to cry but this is very sad.
Yes, there are lots of covers from that music. The original is from Amália Rodriguez, but since her, lots of versions were made: in English, French and the original Portuguese.
But, to be honest, nothing can beat the version of Dulce Pontes. Her voice... everything. And well, pardon me, but I guess the usage of Portuguese language makes the whole difference; our language is so fit for that kind of music.
P.S - I wonder what's up with that videoclip from that French chick. It seems to be recorded in the Alentejo's city of Évora, but what's the point with old people, using old-fashioned clothes, having shotguns?
My Portugese is rather poor (read:non-existant) thus I could not cry, merely scratch my head.
