    Default HElP: can't open dds files in photoshop

    This might be kinda a noob question but I cant for the life of me figure it out

    I downloaded the nividia plug in and I can open dds files in photoshop.

    I am currently running photoshop elements 7.0

    I have the pack file extractor.

    but I cant figure out how to get them opened.

    could someone help me with this problem.

    Extract the .dds files from models.pack > textures then open them with photoshop. Simple really

    Are you using Photoshop 64-Bit??

    It won't work with 64-bit PS...

    you may edit them in Photoshop or GIMP. Just make sure that you have the requisite plug-ins that allow for opening and saving .dds files
