    Is it possible?

No, you can't change the time scale of the turn like you can on ME2TW. However, you can change the amount of years, but by doing this, you will be - depending on how you change it - will be starting way too early or finishing way too late. This will affect events and other assorted things within the game script and events. On the general scheme of things though, it doesn't adversely affect the the game in a playable way.

To do this, go to your data folder, then find the world folder, maps folder, campaign folder, then click on which campaign you are doing then find the descr_strat folder, and scroll down. You should find the start and finish year. Change those entries to whatever you want - preferably minus 25 on the start date as it is "-225" so you then get -250 and then add 25 on the 14 AD so you get 39. (25 is the increments I use - it gives you 100 turns overall adding 25 on each end).

    Hope this helps
