Truly one of the best mods I have ever played and yet its also the worst. I have installed it perfectly 2 or 3 times and still every campaign i start with any faction there are at least out of 10 battles 6 will crash randomly. of every campaign there is a turn where it just says nope crash. I have noticed in a fort battle some elven spear unites glitched and were like 100 feet tall and blurry lol.

again prolly the best most detailed mod ever but until its stable stay away.

I think it may have something to do with the English version. I tested it with the full rus version and its 30% more stable.

Also people who are crashing lots may want to look at how they put in the sound files. if u downloaded them and used the installer sometimes that messes up. i noticed that once i got no sound files. perhaps that causes some troubles.

Make sure you set the installer to your main Medieval 2 directory, NO MATTER WHAT IT SAYS, especially with the sound patch (you may have set it to the wrong folder)

Most of the battle map crashes I have had usually involved Beastmen and it happened when returning to the strat map.

I seldom experience crashes with this mod, honestly.

When it does crash, it usually (almost 100% of the time) has to do something with the campaign script, which is easily fixed thanks to our sub-modding community here.
Right now, I'm at turn 22 with my new Elven campaign and it's been crash-free. *crosses fingers*

I made it to turn 83 in my Reikland campaign with version 1.01 havent tried the new version yet allthough i think im gonna wait for beregond to compile all the translations efforts

I just made it past turn thirty with Sylvania, and I've had maybe four to five CTDs. It's mostly after big siege battles, or when an Elector Count is killed.

Does anyone get this at the beginning of a campaign?

Yep, it is something in the translation not working entirely as it should yet.

as it was pointed out before,for some reason when the translations ar eput through some lines of great importance are left out and apparently this is having an effect.This being said i have not had a single crash up to turn 50 so far with Reikland using the current translations...

im playing as Sylvania as well. made it pretty far lots of crashes during battles but id just reload fight the battle again and it would work. but now i dont remember what turn it is but i cannot load the campaign or insta crash x.x
