this the new video, only the beginning is the same as the previous one and I found it amazing: variety of the uniforms, effect...
we see austrian jaegers, ottomans (not as beautiful I find),russian infantry and cavalry, various prussian units, french bicorns, french voltigeurs, old guard... I note some little errors but it seems far away better than the units in Empire... A lot of work has be done. I don' t know if the naval battle is in game...If it is, it appears more immersive.

What lacks again is historical accurate flags!!! no eagle

What annoys me is the old guard bear cap: there are not accurate they put a visor...It should be like this:

Looks interesting. I can understand that they didn't want to bugger around with multiple uniforms, but I'm guessing, from the looks of things, that they're going to use 1812 pattern uniforms through the entire game. I don't object, 'cause the 1812 Russian shako is amazingly sexy, but I might feel kind of silly, having my Prussians marching around without their bicorns in 1796.

At CA put some effort in uniforms.....unlike empire's utter lack of care in detail

What bothers me really is now the AI. It didn't appear good at all, as you can see in behind of some scenes e.g. the unit marching in square!!! Or the map, where the general abilities are shown (Sirian ridge or whatever is that map in EMPIRE!!! called), there are french troops on the hill and their march don't look very...decently?

Can't really speak about uniform accuracy, but I hope that the statement about launching ambushes is true becuase I haven't been able to launch one since at least Rome: Total War.
