Opinion
I had on my PC RTW Gold Edition and I saw this mod. I said it must be good and I was happy when the game starded.
But now I have to say that Darth Mod it's the most stupid mod that I have ever played. It is just stupid.
1. Slow moving ... very slow moving in battles
2. Your own units are just retarded when you compare them with enemy's army
3. 3 units of slingers defetead 4 units of Principes while they were fighting on walls
it's wrong ... and it's stupid
now I have to reinstall the original
STUPID

Re: Opinion
A little harsh that, the pace of battles is only slightly slower, it is more realistic and gives you more time to react in battles.
You should maybe try to control your own units a little bit better during battles no point complaining when the enemy AI is beating you haha.
I have no idea how those slingers managed to beat principes on the walls, I will have to try that out and see if you are correct.

Re: Opinion
In most other of the popular mods battles are much slower than this, there's a fast forward button for a reason. As far as the units being retarded when comparing to the enemy... what do you mean by that? The stats?
As far as the slingers go, I've never heard of this before. What difficulty were you playing on?

Re: Opinion
I always play very hard - very hard
retarded are all my roman units when I put the to fight with an inferior enemy
principes on walls
triarii or principes on desert infantry
I managed to take control of the game in punic war but it's stupid hard
I wanted a clever enemy but they make an impossible enemy ... stupid impossible

Re: Opinion
lets just get something straight here. your army sucks because of your dificulty. very hard will just give uber buffs to the enemy. if you want a fair game where the units are all equal play on normal . the ai itself will not change.
