How do you add a unit to a faction recruitment list?

Hey all, I finally managed to convert the Crimean capital to a major city, and was planning on starting a campaign as crimea, but then I notice that the faction isn't able to recruit any artillery So since I love my artillery I need some help in giving this unit to crimea. What do I need to do to add artillery to crimea?

Uh you should take a look for Pack File Menager and go into patch.pack,db then units_to_exclusive_faction_permissions_tables,change the crimea artillery you want to True.
