    Default Trade routes being raided.

    I know when they are initially raided a message pops up. But now it's several turns later and i finally have a navy worth mentioning, but now i can't find where it's happening.

    barbary states, martha, and moghul are all blocked. it also seems that my european exports are blocked.
    portugal is at war with barbary, and i beleive they are cause that one (there's a ship raiding just off the coast of africa), but portugal is an ally of mine.

    martha and moghul are only at war with each other, but tracing the trade routes back to them the only ship on the trade route is the one from portugal, which is also where it starts showing 0 trade for me.

    so, aside from attacking my ally, is there anyway to find out/stop who is stopping my trade?.

    There is no way to get insta-zoomed to where the raid is happening unless you click on the pop-up message at the beginning of the turn when the raid happens. Based on what you are saying it sounds to me like it's not raiding thats the issue but ports being blockaded/occupied. Raiding shouldn't lower your trade income to zero. My guess would be that the factions you are trading with are at war with someone and that someone has blockaded or occupied their port. That is the only way to lower the trade income to zero that I know of. You can check each of the main ports of your trade partner with a fleet and I bet you will find someone there blocking the trade. If it turns out that it is one of your allies blocking the trade, then your only option is to go to war with them to clear the blockade. As a rule, your ally will not raid your trade, only that of their enemy, but that does have an effect on you.

    There is a quick way to see what trade ports/routes are effected though, sorry I didn't mention it. When you do into the nation summary trade tab it gives you a good idea what is going on.

    The top section are your imports/produced goods that come into your home region and are then made available for export. If any of the goods are red, or they are all red with the icon to the left of the goods red and showing an "X" then the issue lies with your imports from that particular area or your home port where the goods are recieved. Just a note here, each nation only has one main port that all of the trade flows into or out of. Regardless of the total number of ports, all trade only happens at one and if that port is damaged or blockaded all trade is cut off.

    The bottom section shows your trade with individual nations. The same thing applies, if the trade items are red then the route is being raided. If the route is all red and the icon shows an "X" then the port of the nation you are trading with it damaged or blockaded.

    By hovering over the icons on either table it gives you some minor details about what is going on. While it won't help you specify where a raid is happening, it can be very useful in tracking down which route/trade partner is effected.

    And is there a way to know which one of your ports is the main port?

    Sort of. It is generally the port that your import trade lanes run to. It is also the one the AI will always target with a blockade. I believe it is the one closest to the western edge of the European map, hence the shortest trade route. As England, Bristol on the SW coast is your main port. As Sweden it starts out as the port in the south of Sweden, but in my current campaign it switched to the port in the SW corner of Norway when I built a port there.

    Hi everyone, I'm playing with UP and the nation is very sensitive to raiding trade routes, my problem is that I have a part of my traiding income from Caraibas is going out... someone raid my route and I cannot find the responsable, Who is the best way to detect the origin of the raiding? I already have send my fleet to fallow the trade route and I don't find nobody!!!

    I'm very close to win with UP but know I don't have enought money to survive!!!!
