    How come some cities (small ones) can't build forts? for example texas

    Well a tiny town would hardly need a huge fortress to defend it. You can also build forts outside of the town anyway.

    Why they designed the game you'd think they not have buildable forts in towns anyways. I mean the point of forts on ETW is that they are outside cities defending them. So why not just build a fort or two outside the town itself insted of building one in the town which doesn't have the town in it? lol
