Cities growing

I heard small towns with like 2 building slots can grow to cities with multiple building slots.
How fast is this growth since i'm sitting in one now, and not much is happening, lets say for example Hannover.

How long does this take, in MTW2 it went pretty fast when u had pop growth

No, what happens is that the small towns around the major cities start to become more wealthy, but stay the same. The Major cities do not "grow" more slots either.

You can mod the game files if you want a city with more slots, but that will not just happen in game.
