Small problem

Been playing 1.6 as Rome for awhile now but have had difficulty recruiting praetorian legions. To my knowledge I have all the required buildings but still cannot recruit them. Did something change in 1.6 that Im not aware of? Or is it possible installation corruption? Thanks in advance.

Praetorian legions can only recruited in Rome.

I completely understand that I was just wondering if this is a common bug or what, its driving me nuts.

I followed that entirely and still nothing im starting to think its just corrupted installation or something...

You've built the Castra Praetoria and you still can't recruit them?

Save the game, use the cheat (access the console with ~) add_money 10000 a few times, then queue up all the buildings in Rome, then Process_cq Rome. After you can't build any more buildings in Rome, check to see if you can build the Praetorians. The building kind of looks like a gray stone wall.

I have the castra praetoria...it also seems like recruitment is a bit screwed up. Im not going to mess with it anymore im just going to reinstall thanks anyways...
