i would really like to show the elven new features
but it will have to wait until permission is granted
allthough the division of the former Silvan elves into 2 separate factions
    was a last "minute call"
we made some realy nice additions (not too many of them though, like the rest of them, the 2 new elven factions wont have too many new features) but every new elven faction will be
given at least 1 beautifu unit
    galadhrim is already done
and mirkwood progress is about 90%
but as i said fist we need the permitions

I've been waiting for this from the start... Thank you both, Koultouras and Beorn!

Is there any possibility for you to split eriador into the breemen+Hobbits and the Dunedain to the North. Is a much better option with the Dunedain getting 5 units one cavalry.

The Preview was Awesome and well thought out.

well at least for now there are no whatsoever plans of
    moding eriador
besides Eriador's modeling has been carried out by DG as far as i know

Nah I think KK is the modeller now since DG had to much to do IRL. Anyways stay on track with these factions. Can't you just be reasonable lordyu. You said it yourself, the preview was awsome. Why ask for more? Doesn't seem like it's a small project as it is. Besides Eriador is already being worked on as mentioned

Ahhh, the secret project, you know I will help if you need it, I'll have a crack at the 2d art for you guys.

The progress you have made is amazing, the models are brilliant, are they self made? The texture is also very good, i am assuming that is your work K?

    Ohh HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEORN

well our goal was to make them as realistic as possible
Dunlands people were mainly wild men (allmost barbaric) farmers / sheperds
    and uncivilized
this was the reason why we decided to give them the chainmail as their
best armour , which is a medium armour for the others

also this is the reason of making only 3-4 units with a helmet

Well, in Unfinished Tales it is said that the Dunlendings had worse amour than the Rohirrim, because Rohan got its armour from Gondor, whilst in Isengard was only produced "the crude armour the orcs made for themselves", so you are with the lore here.

Your mod looks really great! Gameplay-wise I look especially forward to a Dunland-faction, cool-looks-wise i especially like the new Dwarves... (though I thought too that making them blue was perhaps a bit too literally taken from the name Blue Mountains, but I can live with it)

The TATW Devs may worth most of the credit but they should be really proud having someone using their work in such a beautiful way!!

    Thanks
well i was thinking of giving them something else as their color , but whenever
i was editing the skins blue was always the most suitable(at least in my mind apparently infuenced by the name)

great work koultouras and beorn (sorry I didn't congratulate you on time, but I was busy with a school project and I didn't log in the DAC forums yet)
It is good to see that you listened to one or two of my comments on the unit rosters. Thanks for that.
I was surprised that you had allready done so much for dunland, didn't expected that.
As said to beorn earlier: The dunlands are really how I imagine them allways. Very nice!!!
Just awesome work koul and beorn. I will be happy to make some ancillaries for these factions

I'm not wondering at all, it's how they're supposed to be. Tbh they should be weaker and not a real match for other more "established" factions.

Though the human player can still win the game with pretty much anything. As AI they can rely in Isengard to survive.
