Anyone had problems running with the Dell Studio 1555??

I havent been able to run the game yet. The computer has a Mobility Radeon HD 4570 and a 64 bit procesor (only things diferent from my other machine). Ive tried it with windows 7, 7 64 bits, xp and linux with wine.
Everytime the game intiates and then a white screen appears, the machine just says its an error, nothing else. And then back to windows.

I know the cds are ok because i've tried them on my other laptop and the game works fine there.

Any help would be apreciated.

So when you try and run the game, you get problems, right?
If so, try verifying the cache in Steam (Right click the game, Properties, Local Files)

Also, you have an integrated GPU, which could well be the cause.

You can also do whats said above but check all your drivers and programs first just to clear that up then try to clean the files over steam Cache etc.

I checked all drivers and reinstalled the directx. Also downloaded the demo to see is the steam version had anything different. The steam demo doesnt even start.

Still dont know if its the machine, cause this laptop is supposed to be able to run the game.
