“Nothing could be more dangerous to the existence of this Republic than to introduce religion into politics”
That looks so hilariously awesome. Glad to see them bringing back more of those old shows as movies, like they've done with Transformers. Yes, I'm aware it probably won't be an intellectual and deep story, but it doesn't have to be. It's for entertainment, and I will be entertained.
Plus, it has goddamn Liam Neeson.
I'll prbably end up watching this, and then whining about it on the internet
I used to love this show, and watched the show and it's reruns, I still love it, so there's a big chance I'm going to hate it because it can't match up tot he original show, it allready felt odd to see those actors in the roles of face, BA, murdock and Hannibal.
Also, this worked in the 80's, but I'm not sure if it would work today

Lol, because that plot line was more believable in the 80s, right? Especially in a post-Bourne movie world people aren't gonna question the idea of a group of ex-SOF on the run. Since this is gonna be a movie and not an afternoon TV-show they can also start killing people and I bet the movie will include them building some kinda stuff out of scrap metal.
Also, what's politically incorrect about Face?
I demand Airwolf...
Liam Neeson? Really? He is gonna fekkin rock!
Are you kidding? he's as disrespectfull towards woman as you can be. That was ok in the 80's but not anymore
In the 80's here was less infrastructure, you can't walk the street anymore without some security camera or cell phone or other media device recording you, and there is internet now.
Laying low like the A team was a bit believable back then, but not anymore.
Yeah because smooth talking ladies men totally died out after the 80s and they were oh so chauvinistic too.
Yeah so I guess the Bourne trilogy completely went past you. You can always lay low, it's just a matter of adapting to the circumstances. Don't walk where security cameras are, don't use traceable cell phones a.s.o.In the 80's here was less infrastructure, you can't walk the street anymore without some security camera or cell phone or other media device recording you, and there is internet now.
Laying low like the A team was a bit believable back then, but not anymore.
It's not any more or less believable than it was in the 80s cause the A-Team now also knows about modern technology and how to handle it.
No, it wasn't okay then, either. That's part of Faceman's charm: he's the loveable rogue. You know you should hate the character, but he's such a Magnificent Bastard that you just can't.
All that does is make it even more exciting and dramatic. In the 80's here was less infrastructure, you can't walk the street anymore without some security camera or cell phone or other media device recording you, and there is internet now.
but that takes away the charm if they get too modernised
Also bourne is not the same thing as the A team
This will be something in the vein of Miami Vice (2006) - cool '80s show>>> rubbish '00s remake.
Liam Neeson is a good actor but he can't portray the role as G. Peppard did. Need to say more about the rest of the cast?
looks like it's gonna suck
First you complain the story wouldn't work now and then it takes away the charm. God you're fussy.
I never said it was, but it was an example of a thriller with the hero evading modern surveillance equipment to stay "off the grid".Also bourne is not the same thing as the A team
If they kill someone, I'm calling suckage.
I always loved the series where they just fire guns, explosives and the like and they still somehow don't actually kill anyone.
But the A team isn't a thriller, they are suposed to be witty good samaritan mercenaries who have to stay out of the hands of corporal decker.
And That guy playing BA doesn't look near as tough as Mr. T he had a bloody babyface in some scénes
I bet this movie is going to murder a verry treasured childhood memory of mine
They should have made this movie a lot sooner when the actors of the show where alive and fit enough to feature as the cast of the movie

It doesn't have to be a thriller, did you even understand the point of my comparison?
And it's Colonel Decker, not Corporal. Not that this tongue-in-cheek "gosh darn it, missed them again" kind of escaping from the law was ever particularly believable or realistic. It was just a TV show.
Yeah, 80s revivals were all the rage 16 years ago. They should have made this movie a lot sooner when the actors of the show where alive and fit enough to feature as the cast of the movie![]()
Lol, you know that's Rampage Jackson right? A damn good MMA fighter in the UFC and he's a pretty tough son of a.
I used to love the A-team. Face was definitely my favorite, is that the dude from Hangover playing him? I find that they are remaking it sort of stupid since it wasn't really on all that long ago and it's just more unoriginality out of Hollywood. That being said Liam Neeson is easily one of my favorite actors (Taken anyone? Oh my jesus!), so I'll end up seeing this. Though after it comes out of the theatres since this country doesn't have any. Also, Jessica Biel is in it and she's really really hot!
I couldn't view the trailer you posted but here is another from youtube (might be the same one I don't know).
Lol, and here's a really ridiculous interview with Rampage Jackson (playing BA) that he did. Probably the most awkward interview I've ever seen in my entire life.
Why are we in some kind of 80s revival? what the hell is going on?
Hammer & Sickle - Karacharovo
And I drank it strait down.
