Need RTW mod to improve graphics

I'm wondering if there are any texture mods that make RTW look better?

Also does anyone know a Unit editor software that is compatible with windows Vista? I would like to add NEW units to the game (not replace existing ones)

I'm not sure if you can get a mod that specifically improves graphics alone, perhaps there is one. However there are mods that come with major gameplay modifications that add graphics improvments.

Alright well thanks for the response. I downloaded Stainless Steel, it looks really good so I think that is what I was looking for.
