Default Looking for some competitive ETW

I've been playing ETW since it's launch (with the mortar camping and all) and have gotten quite decent at the game. So my friend and I are looking for some amateur leagues to play in and some clan scrims. I've been searching them up on the internet but not many have many clans/teams or they closed down. Can someone post some links?

Also, my friend and I are open to scrims. MSG me via Steam or Xfire.

Steam: LiN (some chinese after, but you won't understand anyway)
    Xfire: TimeZero51

Finally, I am wondering, what are standard rules for ETW competitive play? My friend and I use very radical tactics, so I want to make sure we are within the boundaries of the rules.

I'd say rules revolve around no fixed artillery (sometimes people put a lim of 2 on, but not usually), 5-6 rifles max (if they even do put a limit on).
The other would be the same rifles, but no artillery.

Personally, I choose to run with realistic rules as I am fed up with battles where 1/3 of an army is rifles. no fixed, 2 skirmisher/rifle max, (op 2 lght dragoon max)

I'll take you with either is you so wish.

In general I found tourneys to have a 4 unit cap (of a type) on everything - that includes line. Grassy Flatlands, Medium Cash, Medium Unit size and max 2 Light dragoons.

I in particular play large cash settings and large unit size. No fixed and max 2 light dragoons. I don't play grassy flatlands though and only really play the newer maps Syrian Ridge, Siberia, Homestead and Austrian Pinnacles
