    Default Chasing enemies in sieges...

Ok so you are defending your castle in a siege. Your castle has ballistae/cannon towers (whatever). Things are not working so well for your enemies, so they retreat. Then u charge with your cavalry to kill as many of them as possible, and you realize that your towers are still firing to them, and inevitably, they hit you too!!

Is it possible in some way to halt towers from firing, since they kill my troops too..?

    thanks!!

Nope, and that is not the main cause you lose men,ok maybe cannon tower kill some men but I never noticed ballistas firing on my troops.

    Lamias,
The Ballista/Cannon Towers will fire if a friendly unit is nearby all on a wall, this is signified by a flag over the top of the tower. You can stop them from firing by moving the units away, until the flags disappear.

But why would you charge them? Just let the towers finish it off, you'll take less casualties.Pursue when they rout, but use another gate to get at their back.

Sorry english is not my native language, and i probably didn't say right.. I meant that i use my cavalry when they rout and i am in no danger to lose any units.
