Changing Nation Description & Campaign Goals
I've just started making non-playable factions playable and am a bit of a perfectionist. Is there anyway I can give a non-playable faction some campaign goals? And change it's description from "Non playable" to something else?

Changing Nation description
- open startpos.esf with esf editor
- go to CAMPAIGN_PREOPEN_MAP_INFO/FACTION_INFOS
- select the faction you want to change the description for
- the 6th entry is the path to the localisation entry, write it down, remember it, I don't care
- open the patch_en.pack with the packfile manager
- go to text/localisation.loc
- find the line of the factions description path (e.g. start_pos_factions_description_29 for britain) and change the description to whatever you want
Adding victory conditions
- open startpos.esf with esf editor
- go to CAMPAIGN_PREOPEN_MAP_INFO/VICTORY_CONTITION_OPTIONS
- clone a node (VICTORY_CONDITIONS_BLOCK), change the entries to fit your faction.
- check HusserlTWs tutorial on it for more details if you cannot manage it with this bit
