When I tried to leave it, I noticed that they were climbing the way up to me, and there was no other way out. So I prepared for death and a charge. Somehow, the professional soldiers routed when they made contact with my men, leaving the others vulnerable to attack. It probably was the exhaustion that made them rout so easily, for the others routed too. They had been climbing rocks and hills for about 15 minutes, so it's not very surprisingly, but still nice. I lost about 15 men, only 5 of their horse archers escaped, the others had died.
