    How many are there, exactly? I keep counting around 71ish but I can't get an exact number and it's bugging me. Anyone here know?

    I mean land territories. I want to know exactly how many towns/cities there are in the world and I can't get a definitive answer myself because I get annoyed over little things :p

    Ok I've counted yet again... it's 71 land, 72 if you count the sea. Am I right?

    Speaking of that, what constitutes controlling the sea?
