Modification for Weapon Ranges

Hi everyone. I'm really hoping someone can help me here. I have been trying without success to mod the weapon ranges for over a month now. I have tried all the versions of PFM and the DBEditer but although the changes save, they don't apply in the game. What's even stranger is that the weapon ranges are the only changes that don't work from the Darthmod.

I have the values I want to use instead and was hoping some kind modder could take the time to help me out or make the simple mod for me. Thanks in advance.

yes i am..... that could be it. i used to only have blood mod then added smoke. wow that could very well be it. ill try it now.
