It's still Russian!
Now, from previous experience, I find posting here gets quicker responses.
I know that some of the minor things will still be Russian in the game.. But the faction descriptions are still in Russian, as are many of the unit traits/hero items/the Welcome Message. What do I do? Is this just stuff yet to be translated?

Everything translated so far is in this file, unzip it and put the text folder in your medieval 2 total war/mods/teutonic/data folder. Anything still in Russian hasn't been translated yet
