    does anyone know how you can do this? ive already tried the preferences in the mod folder ,but didnt find it

    if the enabling of banners in the preferences didnt do it they hmay have been removed altogether.try enabling them in the base game and see if that helps at all.

    ive found preferences for broken crescent , sicilian vespers and la guerre de cent ans in the vanilla modfolder ,but for medieval 2 the only thing the preferences showed was:
    [video]
    widescreen=1
    [game]
    allusers=1
