So where was the 'transparency'?.
He doesn't say it once.
He says it an awful lot of times.

Sooo... Where does Obama have the power to determine what Congressional hearings are done publicly and on national television?
Just wondering.

My shameful truth.
Are you capable of composing a rational argument?
How about helping answer the question next time.
Sooo... what part of that actually addresses the question of whether Obama has the power to make Congressional hearings public? He has said in all them clips it will be televised on c-span.
And he is 'allegedly' the president.
Lies upon lies.
Did people suddenly forget about separation of powers because a black guy got voted in? So bizarre..

Well seeing how every American is effected by this bill you would of thought that they would want to hear about what is happening would you not?
And just to make matters worse.
From Reuters....
White House on defensive on health carehttp://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories...01-06-14-16-37WASHINGTON (AP) -- The White House was put on the defensive Wednesday after President Barack Obama pushed congressional leaders to fast-track health care legislation behind closed doors despite his campaign promises of an open process.
"The president wants to get a bill to his desk as quickly as possible," Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said as reporters questioned him repeatedly about Obama's decision to go along with House and Senate leaders in bypassing the usual negotiations between the two chambers in the interest of speed.
When are you Americans going to wake up to the fact that this government does not serve their own people?
Wait till it all comes into place then everyone will suddenly realise how bad things are.
As a teenager, I was taken to various houses and flats above takeaways in the north of England, to be beaten, tortured and raped over 100 times. I was called a “white slag” and “white ****” as they beat me.

You need to find a better news source than inforwars.

“Nothing could be more dangerous to the existence of this Republic than to introduce religion into politics”
Not to mention the fact that Obama has no power over what channels like CSPAN air and don't air.
One thing is for certain: the more profoundly baffled you have been in your life, the more open your mind becomes to new ideas.

Let's think the unthinkable, let's do the undoable. Let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.
Again, you didn't answer his question.![]()

Any American can read what is in the bill. Just because it's not in the medium you would prefer doesn't mean it doesn't exist. That's not an effective argument.Well seeing how every American is effected by this bill you would of thought that they would want to hear about what is happening would you not?
AHHH! HYSTERIA!! AAHHHH!!!!!When are you Americans going to wake up to the fact that this government does not serve their own people?

This stuff really lightens my mood. Now, don't get me wrong, this bill doesn't do nearly as much as it should, nor close to what the original goals were, but good God, sometimes I feel like I'm reading Revelation rather than a coherent and rational political argument.
Ah. Just as I thought. Congress controls it.President Barack Obama pushed congressional leaders
Interesting that, regardless of this supposed speed, this legislature is taking absolutely FOREVER to be passed and actually has included negotiation when Republicans weren't too busy making red herring arguments about taking away Medicare, death panels, and any and other nonsense they could think of. Is the CBO bi-partisan or not?\bypassing the usual negotiations between the two chambers in the interest of speed.

Were such a thing true (and I believe it is, regardless of political party), that actually is not the reason it is taking forever. Obstructionism -- stalling tactics and foot-draggin by the opposition in lieu of any rational discourse or meaningful objections/alternatives -- is.
I found it trite when Democracts stalled on defense bills and I find it just as trite now.

Congressman have large staffs that can read and compile executive summaries in a matter of weeks, not days. That's not a particularly genuine or interesting jab.
I'm sorry.. I'm cheering? And how would that be? Please, DO explain. You know, you keep saying stuff like that, and yet you have not once substantiated it. Sounds like you've been watching a lot of C-SPAN yourself.I believe you even said it wasn't a good bill, what are you cheering for then?
