    Default Missing Factions

No, I'm not talking about elves, lizardmen, or other dorks from islands/the new world.

I'm wondering why you didn't make some of the easiest factions in the Old World.. Factions analoguous to real-world countries.

Brettonia: Tons of Knights you could use. Hell, you wouldn't have to make many changes.. Peasants, peasant archers, grail pilgrims, trebuchet. All already in the game.

Tile: If you don't know it, it's Italy. Heavy use of tercio pikemen and crossbowmen. Some heavy pikes to represent Ricco's Republican Guard and Leopold's Leopard Guard would work. Pavise/Genoese crossbows to make up Braganza's Besiegers might be nice too.

Estalia: Spain. A mix of Brettonia and Tilea. Lots of crossbows and pikes, as can be seen from Pirazzo's Lost Legion. Can even use conquistadores. Also add in some arabian auxillaries, and definately heavy cavalry representing the Knights of the Blazing Sun. The headquarters of the order is in the most prominent southern city, after all: Magritta.

The Skaven: We're using Kingdoms, right? I can't BELIEVE you haven't used Byzantine flamethrowers as warpfire throwers.. Jazzails and Stormvermin ain't that hard if you have beastmen.

Optional: Araby. Basically northern Africa with less black people, and more Arabs. Khemri takes up the middle east and egypt, in the Warhammer world, so they just moved the arabs west.

From my understanding this is only the first release of a planned series. It's based on the Storm of Chaos campaign so it only involves those factions. Bretonnia is in the game in the form of two different units that come to join the Empire around turn 50.
Future releases supposedly will contain more factions like Bretonnia, Dark Elves, Skaven, etc.

I'd still like to see some Tileans and Estalians anyway, as they pwn.. And many Tileans serve as Dogs of War, or mercenary units. Furthermore, the Skaven base of Skavenblight has a major exit/entry area in northern Tilea near Miragliano.

There are Tileans and Estalians in the game as mercenaries, maybe in one of the future campaigns they will get their own factions.

Bretonnia has some models at least, IIRC, and they're in the second campaign.

Tilea; well the Mercenary Regiments of Reknown are already in.

Skaven; it's hard to get the Under Empire "right" to represent them, considering they reside below the streets of the Olde Worlde, which I believe is one of the reasons for not being included.

Araby; well, I'm including Araby in my submod, and if the Bretonnian's are present in a later campaign, I see no reason as to why they won't be.

Personally I'd like to expand the map to include the Tomb Kings of Nekherararsararawr or whatever it is, though Bretonnia and the forces of the Red Duke are certainly needed as well!

Well, with so many of the units already provided in the vanilla version of the game, I'd think they'd be easy.

Do I really have to say how many of the Vanilla Models are actually of quality.

Sure, they're "good enough", but in modding terms, "good enough" is not "good enough".

Well it seems like Tilea and Estalia could be added fairly easily, but i agree, Brettonia does need to be included, in addition to tomb kings, lizardmen, scaven, dark elves, etc. and i think that they all will be at some point (including the tomb kings hopefully, no they are not egyptian vampire counts!)

I don't think you guys have read what was already said in this thread, other factions will not be added to this campaign, or infact the next patch, perhaps only some small extras added in the future.

You will have to wait for the release of a different campaign for a majority of these factions/races. Well, that is what has been said by the creators so far.
