No, I'm not talking about elves, lizardmen, or other dorks from islands/the new world.
I'm wondering why you didn't make some of the easiest factions in the Old World.. Factions analoguous to real-world countries.
Brettonia: Tons of Knights you could use. Hell, you wouldn't have to make many changes.. Peasants, peasant archers, grail pilgrims, trebuchet. All already in the game.
Tile: If you don't know it, it's Italy. Heavy use of tercio pikemen and crossbowmen. Some heavy pikes to represent Ricco's Republican Guard and Leopold's Leopard Guard would work. Pavise/Genoese crossbows to make up Braganza's Besiegers might be nice too.
Estalia: Spain. A mix of Brettonia and Tilea. Lots of crossbows and pikes, as can be seen from Pirazzo's Lost Legion. Can even use conquistadores. Also add in some arabian auxillaries, and definately heavy cavalry representing the Knights of the Blazing Sun. The headquarters of the order is in the most prominent southern city, after all: Magritta.
The Skaven: We're using Kingdoms, right? I can't BELIEVE you haven't used Byzantine flamethrowers as warpfire throwers.. Jazzails and Stormvermin ain't that hard if you have beastmen.
Optional: Araby. Basically northern Africa with less black people, and more Arabs. Khemri takes up the middle east and egypt, in the Warhammer world, so they just moved the arabs west.
