I know you can do add_money 40000 and it gives YOU money but how do you give money to other factions with that?
I tried typeing add_money "parthia" 40000 but it didnt work!

You can only give yourself money. If you want to give them money, send a Diplomat and offer them money as a gift.

Yes he's sure. I don't see how he'd put a reply and not be sure, seeing as he never said "I think [blah blah blah]
As far as I know, you can't. I'd just go with the gift method if you really must help other factions.

I'm pretty sure you guys are both wrong...no offense...
But I remeber some RTW mods I would download would imput something like add_money Germania 2000 into the consle while in campaign as AI bonus's...

Good question. If I want some of my enemies to become stronger, I just send a diplomat to them. You lose money, but with the money cheat it's no big deal of course. If you want them to have a steady income, use the regular tribute action. And then choose the maximum amount of turns.
