Barbarian Invasion?

Hi everybody!

I wondered if there is a barbarian invasion in RS 1.6 (or the future RS2) like in the official add-on. I speak about Huns in ~450 for exemple.

If the answer negative is, is it possible to mod something to add an invasion?

RS doesn`t go into the late antiquity timeframe. Plus, even if they would have wanted to I doubt they could implement such a thing as they are using all the possible unit slots for the current factions and period(from what I`ve read).

Very true, slots and models and skinning would have to be redone.
Then you would need a new release date in the year 2012!

As Florin said, all slots are used.

The RTW BI program can be used with RS. The AI behaviour is known to be better with RTW BI than RTW. Similarly RTW Alex is better than RTW BI.

if you are interested in that time frame i definitly recomend Invasio Barbarorvm which has about 6 different campaigns that start in 355, 361, ,365 (those 3 all depict Julianus and in the last one (365) depicts the power stuggle afterwards) ,410 , 432, and 463. ( these 3 the roman player gets progressivly harder and have less territory)

look around all of them 1 will definitly fit what you want (thou i recomend the SOMNIUM APOSTATAE IULIANI 355AD campaign as it is my personal favourite)
