    Default Merging mods

I have been playing this for a few weeks now with "Armed Rebalance",
    I downloaded "Britain At War"
Going to be downloading the Flaming arrows and custom settlements and a few others....Recomendations would be apriciated.

So far i have only being playing one moduel at a time and dont have a clue how to merge them.
All the textures, sceneobj seems to have the same names, even when keeping both files one works the other doesnt.

Anyone know of a ....mod manager, or a technique to doing this.

It depends on what you want to merge.
If we're talking game features like formations, morale and such, you'll need the module system and a knowledge of Python. It can be a lot of work. Not just copy-paste
But if you want to move some items, textures or sounds from one mod to another, you can simply experiment using troop editor:

    or item editor:

What i really wanted was the gameplay effects from armed rebalance
Such as challenging a lord to a duel
    Starting your own Faction
    More troops, Prisioners.
More weapons . Adding the gun

Then was going to add files from Custom Settlements and Flaming arrows.

But think i will stick to one mod at a time.

Some of those require the module source code, which you would have to request from the creator. And I doubt they would give it to you. It's kind of like their big secret.

Yes, but the part about "Starting your own Faction" is the Kingdom Managemet feature of Age of Machinery mod. And the source is included in the download:

To duel a lord: 15. Ask any lord to duel without quest. (a tweak that doesn't require the module system)

But other features are 'top secret'

Anyway, you would still need python and the module system, and a knowledge of scripting/coding.
If you're really keen there are some tutorials out there:
