Chaos having Vassals: abuse or ok ?

Is it possible for Chaos to get vassals ?
I guess so...

Talabecland send me a diplomat and accepted to become my vassal, this put me on peace with half the empire and helped me a lot (i get lots of trade rights after this with many empire factions).

Is it intended or did i abuse something ? As chaos as no diplomats on its own, you just cannot ally or cease fire from yourself but you can do whatever diplomacy act you want once approached by another faction's diplomat.

You are suppossed to be crushing the Empire, not making friends! Slaanesh will be most... displeased with you. And Slaanesh being displeased is not common. In fact, it's so rare that the entire Dwarven Nation will shave all of their beards off willingly will hve 5 times greater chance than Slaanesh being displeased (it is against his very nature btw). Shame on you

I am ashamed yet it was soooo fun i could not resist.

This vassalage should have last forever if an ally of my vassal did not join in a battle against a neutral country (maybe not so clear). After that i punished Talabebcland severly and crushed the whole empire.

Also as a side note, i have noticed that my reputation is always Mixed and i get reasonable relations with every other factions, whatever if i sack, exterminate, execute prisoners and if i represent pure EVIL and CHAOS ^^

Also he'll give me the type of women that turn me on? I'm very selective when it comes to women.

Ah okkayyyy , that is why my warriors so stupidly follow my slaanesh girlies (daemonettes) into bloody fights and in the detriment of their personal care... Ah okkkayyyy, this explain everything. And yes Talabacland understood i had the hottest girls in the world so i wanted to share.
