    Default Austrian-Prussian Alliance Bugged?

Trying to setup an Austrian-Prussia alliance through the ESF editor, but Austria always breaks the Alliance for some reason (even when Historical Friendship is 200+). Is there someplace Austria is coded to not want to ally with Prussia?

Is the rand seed... If you use always the same startpos you will see always the same changes at start.
In my case Prussia is allied with Austria and both are in war with Spain.

Going to show my ignorance, here, I guess, but the RandSeed in every StartPos I've looked at is the same . . . where/when is it supposed too change?

    Are you sure?
If you save the game the Rand seed changes, Hybrid Startpos, Updates...
If we have the same startpos and the same rand seed we will have always the same facts. This is the reason why if you start 100 times a campaign you will see always the same (approx.). Changing rand seed will change facts on the game.
The other way to have different actions in the game is changing something with ESF editor. Try to ally Prussia with other faction apart from what you did.

    On the other hand:
Is Austria interested in Prussia's regions? Are these regions the victory conditions for Austria?
If both are true is logical that happens.

Edit: About rand seed, what startpos have you looked?
