Default Possibility of a 16th Century Standalone mod?

From my subjective point of view, and through my experience in wasting hours and hours playing the Eras mod, i gotta admit to you, the full world map 16th century campaign is probably the best. When i can literally conquer the world if i want, or do other historical stuff, such as colonise America as England, or remake the Russian Empire (and then take half Europe as well and pretend im USSR ).

Thing is, along with everything else, its a very heavy load. So i was thinking, would it be better if, instead of having to choose an era through the command line, have every era as a standalone mod. I know its too much of a job, especially when you will have to unpack and repack the same skins and animations, but it was just an idea. Is it plausible?

I think he's saying that uanime5 should make each of the campaigns it's own mod, each with their own shortcuts. I personally think there's nothing wrong with the bat.

Btw, Gaul, his avatar is just a brown blob (creatively named "Brown") chewing gum. I don't see what's so disgusting (no offense to you or ComnenusTheOne)

Unfortunately the problem with stand alone mods is that there is a large degree of overlap between all the campaigns, so splitting them would not create 10 mods that were a tenth of the size but 10 mods that were a similar size.

While I have no plans to split this mod apart I have no objection to someone else splitting this mod into separate campaigns. I'd recommend splitting the mod into three parts, based upon each map type. So there'd be a 970, 1080, 1200, 1300, 1400, and 1500 mod; a 1230, 1347, and 1453 mod; and a 1547 mod.

I know. But I don't see what the problem is with the mod in its current state.
And that brown blob is discusting. And it would only be half as discusting if it learned to chew with its mouth closed.
