A recent topic piqued my curiosity on the subject of 1-turn rec. versus 0-turn rec.
My hypothesis is that by doing the following, less battles will occur and the player will need to cheat to add money as the unit costs will be increased.
The idea is to install 1-turn, and then in export_descr_unit change all recruitment times to 0.
Is this correct? Do the unit costs change with 1-turn or are they the same as 0-turn?
