    Default I'm (Kind Of) Back

    Hey all;

    These past few months have been the craziest I've ever had. What started off as a good year slowly went to become the worst year ever. I lost my house in an electrical fire, and along with it almost everything I own. Everything; government forms, computer, TV, kitchen appliances, bed, everything. We weren't home at the time, thank God.

    I've spent the last few months getting all my government forms back (Social Security, passport, citizenship cards, etc.). We had insurance on the house, and thank God for that, but everything else we lost is gone. It's taken me this long to save up enough money to buy a router and a computer. Even then, I'm still trying to get things back that I lost in the fire.

    I really would love to help full time again, but I don't believe I can for awhile. I just thought I would check-in and let you know what was up.

    Happy New Years, and best regards;

    Theo

    Sorry to hear all of your bad experiences.
    But always look toward the good that can come out of it.
    God doesn't cause these events, but he can give us the strength and use it for his good as well as ours.
    Also to remember there are others in the world that have it worst than us.
    To give thanks not for the pit we are in, but thanks to come out of that pit.
    Your insurance should pick up every loss. We had water damage at one time and it covered everything.
    Yes thank God that none of you were there, that in its self is a blessing.
    We all are starting a new year, and to start it off right is going toward him.
    My wife and I will keep you and your family in our prayers.
    May our God give you strength and victory and comfort through his word.

    While the loss of possessions can be devastating at least there was no-one home at the time. All the best for the future.

    Thanks everyone. Our insurance money finally was authorized (I guess they realized we couldn't light fire to our own house from hundreds of miles away), and we bought the house we were looking at. Starting moving in stuff today, first thing was the computer. I might be back up in a week, hopefully in time to help out some more.

    Make sure the insurance pays for food, gas,and other expenses, we did.

    It more than covers everything; if there's one thing good about this whole thing, we can finally live in a house that isn't so big. We had so much garbage in the old house, just lying in rooms gathering dust.
