So, i destroyed Scotland just 2 turns after Wallace came, and then he went rebel.
I wish to bribe him to join me.
hes got about 6 loyalty.

Can you please get me a screenshot of William Wallace? I'm curious.
It depends on :
How good of a diplomat you have (Influence level)
How much money you have
Try parading a diplomat around Europe a bit, bribing some lessor captains with onyl a few batallions of troops, and have him make alliances and do various agreements. Then when his influence is around 6-10, try bribing William Wallace.
I heard bribing lowers your reputation. Does it this always happen or only if bribing fails?
i gave him 110k florins.
bastard is still not accepting.
I have 2 billion florins and William Wallace wont accept my bribe.
its time i take measures.
where can i edit the bribing mechanics for SS? and does the force_diplomacy cheat works, btw?
is there any submod to change the way diplomacy works?

2 billion florins is more than all other factions combined x10.
I think the only way i can bring him to me faction is by marrying a princess to him, but for that, i have to enable the seduction option for rebels.
where can i do it? where are the marriage settings and etc...?

Get a more influental diplomat.
The diplomat i have has all possible diplomat retinue and traits. he has about +20 influence, but only shows 10
in the bribery section, which values do i have to edit(and what values do i have to set?) in order to make bribing pretty much guaranteed?
I do have 2 million florins, so i guess the problem isnt the G's...

Why do you want william wallace so much?
because i am mad, and because i wish to have William Wallace, the great scot patriot, working for England, in order to crush the French, which is the faction i need to destroy.
Also to have wallace babies, by marrying him to one of me princessess, after i bribed hm.
BTW, any1 knows where is the script that defines which generals can be "seduced"? Maybe i could edit it so my princess could seduce a Rebel General (Wallace)?
I think it is. As far as I know, only changes in the campaign and base folders are not save-game compatible. And changes that throw out something the savegame uses, of course (i.e. removeing units)

bribing mechanics is way wrong you should be able to bribe a general for tenth the cost u can in SS. I mean sometimes ill be offering 500 000 florins to a 3 Loyalty general with fully influences diplomat and he still wont accept. Reduce reduce reduce reduce!
If you want to marry him, you should give the rebels a family tree and/or can_have_princess in descr_sm_factions.txt. But this might cause your game to crash, I'm not certain.

Altough I forgot you don't need the family tree () you will still need to set can_have_princess to yes in descr_sm_factions.txt.
