Also, what is the function of flag_132?
Where is the plugin? The link does not work and that post has no attachment. Or least, I don't understand how to open attachment from a post. It must be hidden or something.

I've finished all flags for Kazakh Khanate except for the Animation flags section of this spectacular tutorial by husser!

If anybody else has a working link or attachment to the required PaintDOTnet plugin, please post on this thread. The closest one I found so far that I'll give a whirl is this one: https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/98...comment-162415
But I doubt that's the same one.. probably another one trying to do it in another way. There are multiple other Displace or similar plugins on GetPaint and other websites. Which one is the correct one?

I think I'll try to follow this tutorial for the Animation section. BleekII's tool looks to have at least the same window panes probably the same thing as what husser used, hopefully.

I've created a SourceForge page for my soon-to-be released Crimean Khanate Realism mod. Under Resources link here, I've put BOTH the BleekII's AlphaDisplacement plugin (for wavy flags and Animation flags) and shadow effect as mentioned in the tutorial. Hopefully, it'll help others out there!

ETW Resources link for the plugin: https://sourceforge.net/projects/etw...ETW_Resources/
