You know you listen to them because you happen to identify with the meanings of the songs. I give you one Arctic Monkeys - Humbug it's all about desire and sex I've had to deal with that a lot lately.

Who's Next - The Who
quite possibly the greatest classic rock album of all time.... im not sure of the albums' meaning but i relate to many of the songs on the playlist
Sounds like you listen to some of the same kind of music that I do, lol.I don't know that any of my albums have a proper meaning, unless it's about space ships and fantastical lands, in which case I don't really identify with it.

"At a football club, there's a holy trinity - the players, the manager and the supporters. Directors don't come into it. They are only there to sign the cheques."Have you ever seen Dirty Harry Guns and money are best diplomacy

David Lloyd George was pleased with his performance at Versailles.
Do "Greatest of" albums count?
While I've always been more for music than lyrics, my "Greatest of the Ink Spots" album is about love and relationships.
Though technically I don't identify with the meanings. I'm told I take "bros before hoes" much too seriously![]()

Rated R by Rihanna and Graffiti by Chris Brown. Both albums are full of love songs and subtle stabs at each other. They were a great couple but now that they've split their music has just gotten better. Chris Brown's stuff especially gets me a bit emotional at times, specifically the songs 'Crawl' and 'So Cold', great tear-jerkers.

"Muscovy", as its rulers have previously called it, is a sleeping giant, with age-old traditions and ways of doing things. Here, the feudal way of life has become so entrenched that the serfs are as tied to the land as cattle, and with almost as few rights. It is a vast, deeply conservative and religious country: Mother Russia and the Orthodox Church are the two pillars of national belief. The Tsar may be the father of his people, but by tradition and practice he is a stern parent. Ivan the Terrible was well named, and he has not been the only ruler with an iron will. Russia is the "Third Rome". The last bastion of Orthodox Christianity.
All of Bob Dylan's albums. Blood on the Tracks especially. <3
I dunno why but seem to connect with up the bracket by the libs on more than just a musical level
Don't you want me to wake up?
Then give me just a bit of your time.
Arguments are made for make ups,So give it just a little more time.
As an afterthought, I suppose Derek and the Dominos' Layla & Other Assorted Love Songs fits the thread.
