Default Can you fix her hair ? ( seriously ! )

Hopefully this will be my new, modded, Austrian Empress; Audrey Amalia Kristin, when Emperor Leopold --ah-- dies an untimely death
    bringing about a succession crisis,
that brings this 13 year old princess to the throne :

( why does she have a heart-shaped wine-stain birthmark on her lip and a mole under her left eye? Well, it's role-play, and it's a long story )

But changing her hair color in windows paint just isn't working , not for me anyway.

So, can you fix her hair ?

I want her to keep the blonde hair, but I want a distinct reddish tint to it , if that makes sense.

I MIGHT like candy apple red / flaming red if it looks good.

    Please help.

( note. the image on this forum is .jpg . when working in windows paint with a jpg image you get distortion when you paint the image and save it. So you need to go to the FILE menu in windows paint, go to " Save as " and save it as TIFF. Then you can work on it / save it without distortion . Photobucket won't let me upload TIFF images for display to this forum. Sorry for the extra hassle )

While I did, take off my glasses, got right up to the screen , and used a measuring ruler to precisely position the mole under her eye,
a birthmark, hair bow, and a mole, is nothing actually.

I did all of this with windows paint :

Lol dont use paint! If you cant afford Photoshop then download Gimp, Gimp is a free program. Paint sucks really, and you could do alot more, and alot better in gimp than paint!

    Advice already taken.

you have to crawl before you can walk though, and paint is good for that. If you have never been exposed to any kind of computer graphics program, windows paint is so simple and basic you can figure most everything out intuitively.

when you are ready to move on to Gimp --- gimp tutorials mostly suck. go to Youtube and search under , " gimp tutorial " It's a lot less trouble than reading.
Unfortunately few writers indeed write good how-to manuals.
Instead of handing out Pulitzer and Nobel prizes to poets and other creative writers, they should try rewarding How -to writers.
There's no telling how many people are stuck in ignorance because they don't have access to visual aids, and the written instructions SUCK .

Since I have already cluttered this forum with my own thread, why create another thread and clutter it some more ?

So I'll post my first adventure in Gimp here :
