"The wise man speaks because he has something to say, the fool because he has to say something"
1) Unpack the game. (If you have never done this, make absolutely sure you read the entire readme so you don't miss the two additional steps that not doing will crash your game.)
2) Edit export_descr_unit.txt
3) Find byzantine guard archers
4) The variable stat_pri_attr needs to be changed from no to ap
5) Press button. Receive bacon. Eat bacon.

"To fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence;
supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without
fighting." - Sun Tzu.
Follow instructions as above. But be sure to make a backup copy of export_desc_unit.txt though in case you don't like the changes and want to revert back to the original. Also the unpacker is located in your tools folder in the main Medieval II directory. Read the readme carefully and follow the basic unpacking instructions.
"Muscovy", as its rulers have previously called it, is a sleeping giant, with age-old traditions and ways of doing things. Here, the feudal way of life has become so entrenched that the serfs are as tied to the land as cattle, and with almost as few rights. It is a vast, deeply conservative and religious country: Mother Russia and the Orthodox Church are the two pillars of national belief. The Tsar may be the father of his people, but by tradition and practice he is a stern parent. Ivan the Terrible was well named, and he has not been the only ruler with an iron will. Russia is the "Third Rome". The last bastion of Orthodox Christianity.
thank you!!
