How to save my game?

I have just installed Medieval 2 and started playing the tutorial, but I am unable to locate the button to save my game. It only gives me options to change audio, video settings or exit the game. How do I save it??? Thank you

You can't save it in the turorial or in options.
You have to start a campaign and play a turn to save or fight a battle.
