    Default Unit cards out of order!

    For as long as I've been playing Total War games, there has always been some rhyme and reason to the order of the unit cards. When you have a full stack, the units are either in the order that you added them to the stack, or the order that they belong in (leaders at the top left, etc) but in my UNMODDED ETW game, sometimes units go into strange places in the stack and won;t go into any logical order no matter what I do.

    Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

    Thanks!

    And Merry Christmas!

    The easiest way to organize them;

    Pull your general out by himself then move each unit from the mixed up stack onto the general. They will auto-arrange if you move them in ONE unit at a time.

    I tried that, and it still does the same thing. But, I noticed that my armies are always "out of order" in the same order. Let me explain...

    I play Prussia a lot. If I make a stack of infantry, artillery, a general and some cavalry, they will always be in the same order from left to right:

    General, 1 cavalry, 2 artillery, 3 infantry, then the rest of the cavalry, then the rest of the artillery, then the rest of the infantry.

    This seems like an excellent clue but I'm not knowledgable enough to understand it.
