    Default Question For the Atheists

Atheists, what are your opinions on this song?

And, if you have watched the movie, you would understand my next question: what do you think about the "miracles" that had happened in this story?

Can you refute the Christian "arguments" and religious overtone in this movie?

Nice song, but what miracles? And what precisely is the point of this? I didnt catch any lyrics relating to miracles, but if they're there, they must be just something like "It's a miracle to be with you.". How does this need any discussion?

    Not my cup of tea.

Events that have an emotional impact and hence are considered special.

I'd only listen to it a second time if she were naked.

Ditto to make me watch the movie.

People can rationalize anything. A mortal relationship is no more a miracle than a tragedy; principally, it is a natural event.

The observance of miracles is an expression of dubious faith. The faithful need not proof!

Yeah, absolutely. But I'm not going to watch it to find out how.

I'd say the song is has an emotional impact seeing as it's about love. It would have the same impact regardless of the actual religious content.

They were positive events that occured in the characters lives that they have drawn consolation from when confronted by the negative aspect of death.

There isn't anything specifically to refute seeing as the movie is based on human experience and the characters in that movie/whoever wrote it happens to have a religious faith. It would have the same level of meaning and emotional impact regardless.
