HOw can I turn it off? It's obnoxious as all hell for someone who likes to autoresolve a lot of battles. I realize that on some level it may be considered "realistic," but I'd just like it outa the way.

Dont you ever use the Search function of the forum? Anyway, just go in data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign/campaign_script open it with winpad, then delete everything between Garrison Script and the next script... And dont forget to make a back up of the file before editing it...
And next time, search a littleIt's has been said at least 5 times...
