Any way to disable conversion to christianity
I realise it's not realistic, but neither is my glorius expansion for that matter. The only thing ruining my slighty unhistorical dominance is that my family members turn christian, ruining all my hard work of spreading the word of Odin. Is there an easy way i can disable it?

Once it has started, not really (unless you cheat). Just go to the export_descr_character_trait.txt, triggers section, find the viking conversion subsection and outcomment those triggers.
Not sure if it will be savegame compatible, make a backup of the file first.

Not necessary, the trait itself is useless without the triggers to activate it.

Isn't it possible to make conversion a reccuring event, where you can choose whether to convert your faction leader (Harald Bluethooth style) and start the process or not?

agreed,it would make my viking life less stressful.killing every christian i find,destroying their churches and seeing to it that any of my lot who dare to convert meet with little 'accidents' doesnt seem to be working!

Here it is (3 weeks later...) Read-me included.
This is only for DoB atm, not original VI2.
You can now convert your faction by having your leader stay in a settlement with church (or higher) and without pagan shrine (or higher) for a turn without moving. Your leader will then be converted, and when he is, everyone else will have a chance of being converted too. This can happen any time, it doesn't require the specific date to be reached (though that's easily changed, if you want). The above applies only for the player, when AI-controlled viking factions will still be converted in the old way (when the time comes).
If sth doesn't work as it should, let me know.
