I sincerely believe Derpy Hooves deserves citizenship. Not only are his contributions notable, but his attitude is a generally positive and friendly one. He has my full support.

I recognise my decision is probably controversial (nowhere more so than in pony circles, somewhat predictably). The CdeC's credibility is only built upon the consistency of our judgement. To give it some perspective this is what I said in the recent CdeC debate.

My personal standard is that the applicant has shown contributions that exhibit a deep level of thought and effort consistently over a period of time - let's say 6 months per discipline for multi-discipline applicants and longer for applicants that focus on a single discipline.
