Good, because I never started one. The color was as a result of the chosen large awards. Originally, Divus was included. I excluded and one factor to its exclusion was the inconsistent coloring.
There wasn't any discussion of color. it was simply, it was already a color of the large awards. I actually lost the argument to connect a color to it on page 3. It was never discussed.

Have a look yourself: Patrician-Class

As pointed out, we do not have a rank, we have two classes and the Constitution already strips the badge when you are suspended.

Technically, this is a new thing for a Curia; passing an amendment that do wheat it already did.
