Can you find me a picture of the badge they used to use? I can't seem to find a local moderator badge on the TWC Wiki page

I could swear irishron once had a local moderator bagde, similiar to the junior moderator badge with the "Local Moderator" text, just before he become a moderator back in 2011/12 or was it later in 2013.

I also recall that local moderators had a badge of their own 2010-ish, but then they disappeared quietly.
• Son of MasterBigAb; • Father of St. Polycarpe • Kahvipannu • Radboud • Mhaedros • GeMiNi][SaNDy •
• Flinn • UndyingNephalim • KAM 2150 • Charerg•
Aren't you one from the end of the golden era?
Anyway, I think it is time for LM to show a badge or to be able to show a citizen badge while being a LM, if a citizen wants to show that instead.
Show citizen badge - Local Moderator group appear in the profile

There's none in the current set in use for sure. Somebody will have to contact Katsumoto for that if ever implemented again.

Random interjection, I have no case for this yet and just want simple thoughts - exploring the liaison idea from Order 66, possibly making it functional and agreeable in today's curia/hex alongside other stuff we're going on about. Hot, cold?
Hot
It's about time to give something concrete to do to this institution. I haven't replied in Finlander's thread yet but at least, I can say here that I agree with the main lines of what you said there.

The closest thing we have to that is the Content Jobs noticeboard, I'd be very happy to see an initiative to surpass it.
Also, while I spent today updating the various annals and registers in the Tabularium, I noticed one thing especially. The newest Curia medals, the Legio 501st and modding service awards implemented last year have only seen one recipient thus far. That being Gigantus, whom according to the nomination thread were given them to increase our already enormous loading times should we be so fortunate as to gaze upon a thread that he has made.
Therefore I implore you to make use of this and bring forth people deserving of the awards. Because if not, what was the point in creating them?

One of the things I wanted to do as Censor was hunt down people who deserved those 501st awards. It's a real shame to see only one has been handed out when we have so damned many good modders kicking around here.

I mean, I have some candidates. I could throw 3-5 threads into the proth rather quickly if you like, sprinkled with some gold, silver...
Brew and Athel and myself have worked up a list, message me on Discord and we'll co-ordinate.

IIRC, there hasn't been a LM badge around since the ETW themed badges and I dunno what reason is behind of skipping NTW, but I know the R2TW themed badges doesn't have a LM badge and I think most people like the R2TW themed badges at least I like it.
Why not take the now abandoned Modding Staff badge and change it a little e.g replace "Modding Staff" with "Local Moderator", which saves time and besides the green colour is still there for the Modding Emeritus group (could be removed for the time being).

I am curious of why The Tabularium subforum has posting permission enabled for non-Curial office members.
