IIRC, you got the Patrician rank at the same time you got Novus, but since you resigned your citizenship last year I think, the Patrician rank is automatically removed. Just look at Ishan's profile.

It's possible to be a Patrician without being a Citizen - and Ishan is a Patrician. (His username is displayed in Patrician purple.)

The strange thing about Lifth's situation is that I happen to know he was given Patrician status in February 2019. Apparently something weird has happened to some people's profiles...

(Since King Athelstan has already asked Hader to reinstate Lifth's Patrician status, I'll leave that for Hader to do, to avoid confusion.)

That's probably correct.

As per the rules:

Nothing in the wording of the proposal stops the awarding of the rank to a recipient that has resigned his citizenship BEFORE the passing of the proposal as citizenship (present or past) is not a criteria upon awarding the rank.
You will however loose the rank if you had it when loosing\resigning your citizenship. Consequently you will also be eligible for the rank if you have resigned AFTER the passing of the proposal and receive a qualifying award at a later stage.

Hence take your pick:
